At ClearFur, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your ClearFur Skin Cream.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at care@clearfur.co to initiate your return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged or incorrect product? Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at care@clearfur.co. We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our product, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products,
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Need a different product? The quickest solution is to initiate a return and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at care@clearfur.co.
